These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and win125 (hereinafter referred to as "win125", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://win125.cam (the "Platform").

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the win125 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent ban.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. win125 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents (e.g., MyKad, passport) and proof of address before your Account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. win125 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details. You must notify win125 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.

• win125 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account where there is a reasonable suspicion that registration details are false, misleading, or incomplete.
• Account usernames and registered email addresses may not be changed without prior verification through our support team.
• win125 may at any time request additional documentation to confirm identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use win125's services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other Player's use and enjoyment of the services.

While win125 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability of the Platform, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. win125 shall not be liable for losses attributable to technical downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

win125 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any game, betting market, or feature on the Platform at any time without prior notice. Where a game is removed from the Platform, any associated Bonus Funds linked to that specific game type will be subject to reassignment at win125's discretion.

win125 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and direct bank transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals via Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) are also accepted.

Minimum Deposit: RM 20 (or equivalent in accepted cryptocurrency). Minimum deposit thresholds for specific bonus offers may vary — refer to the relevant promotion's terms.

Withdrawal Processing Times (Estimated):

win125 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for standard Malaysian payment methods. Third-party transaction fees imposed by banks or payment processors are outside win125's control and remain the Player's responsibility.

General conditions applicable to all win125 bonus offers unless otherwise specified:

• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture and potential Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion.
• win125 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by eligible Players.

All bets and wagers placed on win125 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager.

Sports Betting: All sporting event outcomes are determined by the relevant governing body's official results. win125 reserves the right to void any bet where the result is disputed, where the event is abandoned or significantly altered prior to the natural conclusion, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. Odds for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked upon confirmation of the wager.

Casino & Live Dealer Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer action on genuine equipment. The theoretical RTP for all slot and table games is independently audited and available upon request. win125 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit for any Player.

Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits: Individual game and market wager limits are displayed within the Platform interface. win125 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and may impose specific limits on individual accounts where warranted by responsible gambling obligations or risk management requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win125 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without win125's prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to win125 regarding the Platform or its services may be used by win125 without obligation, compensation, or attribution to the submitting Player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win125's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform or these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win125 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure.
• Inaccessibility of the Platform due to maintenance, cyber-attack, or force majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and e-wallet operators.
• Decisions made by sporting bodies, referees, or officiating authorities affecting betting outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit win125's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

win125 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

• Breach or suspected breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate Account closure.

Players may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds, pending wagers, or fees, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which win125 operates. Players acknowledge that access to and use of the Platform is at their own risk and subject to the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between a Player and win125 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of a recognised international arbitration institution. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any such dispute.

win125 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before accessing the Platform.

win125 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, win125 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the registered email address associated with their Account, through an on-Platform notification, or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
